These items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember or citizen so requests, in which the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the agenda. A. Housekeeping Resolutions: 15-001 – a Resolution Designating Hal Gray as Mayor Pro Tem for the Calendar Year 2015. 15-002 – a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor, City Manager and Finance Director to Make Certain Financial Transactions Regarding City Financial Accounts. 15-003 – a Resolution Designating US Bank, N.A. of St. Anthony as the Official Depository for City Funds for the Calendar Year 2015. 15-004 – a Resolution Designating Lille Suburban Newspapers, Inc. (St. Anthony Bulletin) the Legal Newspaper for the City of St. Anthony Village for the Calendar Year 2015. 15-005 – a Resolution Designating Mayor Faust as a participant in Outside Organizations for 2015. 15-006 – a Resolution Designate Councilmember Stille as a participant in Outside Organizations for 2015. 15-007 – a Resolution Designate Councilmember Gray as a participant in Outside Organizations for 2015. 15-008 – a Resolution Designate Councilmember Jenson as a participant in Outside Organizations for 2015. 15-009 – a Resolution Adopting the Standing Rules of Conduct for City Council Meetings for 2015. 15-010 – a Resolution Adopting the Elected Officials Travel Policy for 2015. 15-011 – a Resolution Designating the Steve Carlson of Hedbeck, Arnt, Kohl and Carlson the Prosecuting Attorney for the City of St. Anthony for 2015. 15-012 – a Resolution Accepting a Donation from Mr. Roy Quady to the St. Anthony Village Fire Department.
