ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />MARCH 24, 2015 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Present: Mayor Faust; Councilmembers Brever, Gray, Jenson, and Stille. <br />Absent: None. <br />Also Present: City Manager Mark Casey and Police Chief (John Ohl). <br />Guests: Parks Commission Chair Scott Benz, Stacie Kvilvang (Ehlers & Associates), and <br />Ramsey County Commissioner Mary Jo McGuire. <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />ITEMS. <br />I. APPROVAL OF THE MARCH 24, 2015, CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Brever, to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of March 24, 2015. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />A. Resolution 15 -029: a Resolution to Recognize the 30`h Anniversary of the Sister City <br />Relationship between Salo. Finland, and St. Anthony Village, Minnesota. <br />Councilmember Brever recited the Resolution to Recognize the 30`h Anniversary of the Sister <br />City Relationship between Salo, Finland, and St. Anthony, Minnesota. <br />Motion by Councilmember Brever, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve Resolution <br />15 -029; a Resolution to Recognize the 30`h Anniversary of the Sister City Relationship between <br />Salo, Finland, and St. Anthony, Minnesota <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Ms. Mary Pucel, Board Member of the Sister City Committee, thanked the City Council for <br />recognizing this 30 -year relationship and invited residents to attend a celebration on Sunday, <br />April 19`h, from 1:00 -3:00 p.m. at Central Park that will include music and refreshments. <br />
