ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES <br />JUNE 22, 2004 <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chair Hodson called the meeting to order at 8:45 p.m. <br />9 <br />10 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />11 Chair Hodson invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />12 <br />13 ROLL CALL. <br />14 Present: Chair Hodson; Commissioners Horst, Stille, Thuesen, and Faust. <br />15 Absent: None. <br />16 Also Present: Executive Director Mike Mornson. <br />17 <br />18 1. APPROVAL OF JUNE 22, 2004 CITY H.R.A. AGENDA. <br />19 Motion by Commissioner Faust, seconded by Commissioner Horst, to approve the H.R.A. <br />20 Agenda of June 22, 2004. <br />21 <br />22 Motion carried unanimously. <br />23 <br />24 1I. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />40 1. Approve June 8, 2004, H.R.A. Meeting Minutes. <br />2. Consider payment of claims. <br />27 Motion by Commissioner Thuesen, seconded by Commissioner Stille, to approve the Consent <br />28 Agenda items. <br />29 <br />30 Motion carried unanimously. <br />31 <br />32 III. PUBLIC HEARINGS. <br />33 None. <br />34 <br />35 IV. GENERAL POLICY OF BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. <br />36 1. Resolution 04-010; Approving the Development Agreement with Dominium Group. <br />37 Stacie Kilvang, of Ehlers and Associates, reviewed with the Council the summary of the rental <br />38 housing re -development agreement which included the following items: <br />39 <br />40 1. Development <br />41 The Redevelopment Agreement ("Agreement") is by and between the HRA and <br />42 St. Anthony Leased Housing Associates 1, Limited Partnership (the "Developer"), <br />43 which is a single purpose entity formed by Dominium Development & <br />44 Acquisition LLC. The Developer has entered into a Purchase Agreement with <br />45 Apache Redevelopment, LLC, the Master Redeveloper, to acquire the property by <br />46 September 30, 2004, which may be extended to January 31, 2005. The purchase <br />0 price for the property is $2,750,000 or $10,536/unit <br />
