CITY OF ST. ANTHONY iHOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING 4 5 APRIL 8, 2003 6 7 CALL TO ORDER. 8 Chair Hodson called the meeting to order at 10:14 p.m. 9 10 ROLL CALL. I 1 Commissioners present: Chair Hodson; Commissioners Sparks, Thuesen, Horst, and Faust. 12 Commissioners absent: None. 13 Also present: Executive Director Michael Momson. 14 15 1. APPROVAL OF APRIL 8, 2003 H.R.A. AGENDA. 16 Motion by Sparks to approve the April 8, 2003 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda 17 as presented. 18 19 Motion carried unanimously. 20 21 11. CONSENT AGENDA. 22 Motion by Faust to approve the Consent Agenda, which consisted of-. 23 A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of March 25, 2003; and B. Claims. 26 27 Motion carried unanimously. 28 29 III. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A. 30 A. H.R.A. Resolution 03-006, re: Requests Council call a public hearing relating to 31 modification of TIF plan/district. 32 Executive Director Michael Momson presented the resolution and explained that the Council is 33 taking the necessary steps to establish a TIF district. 34 35 Motion by Thuesen to adopt H.R.A. Resolution 03-006, re: Requests Council call a public 36 hearing relating to modification of TIF plan/district. 37 38 Motion carried unanimously. 39 40 IV. STAFF REPORTS. 41 Mr. Momson noted Roger Larson provided a report to allow the Council to continue to monitor 42 the costs of the Apache Plaza redevelopment. He noted costs have been incurred but have not 43 cost the City any expenses at this time as they have all been reimbursed to date. 44 45 Mayor Hodson encouraged the redevelopment team to continue to move forward with or without 10 assistance from the Met Council. 48 Mr. Momson noted an updated report would be before the HRA in the next 60 days.
