Consent Agenda. <br />These items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a <br />Councilmember or citizen so requests, in which the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the <br />agenda. <br />A. Approval of March 24, 2015, City Council meeting minutes. (pp. 1 -6) <br />B. Licenses and Permits. (pp. 7 -8) <br />C. Claims. (pp. 9-12) <br />IV. Public Hearing. None. <br />V. Reports from Commission and Staff. None. <br />VI. General Business of Council. <br />A. Resolution 15 -032; a resolution approving to approve a Request to Keep Four (4) Female Chickens in an <br />R -1 Zoning District at 3625 Belden Drive. Community Forum. <br />Individuals may address the City Council about any item not included on the regular agenda. speakers are requested to come to the <br />podium, sign their name and address on the form at the podium, state their name and address for the Clerk's record, and limit their <br />remarks to five minutes. Generally, the City Council will not take official action on items discussed at this time, but may typically refer <br />the matter to staff for a future report or direct the matter to be scheduled on an upcoming agenda. <br />IX.
