III. Consent Agenda. These items are considered routine and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember or citizen so requests, in which the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed elsewhere on the agenda. A. VI. General Business of Council. A. Resolution 15 -032; a resolution approving to approve a Request to Keep Four (4) Female Chickens in an R -1 Zoning District at 3625 Belden Drive.
