CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 8:02 P.M. <br />6 II. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary Marks, and <br />8 Commissioners Faust and Wagner. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Mornson. <br />10 Commissioners Absent: None. <br />I 1 III. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 28, 1997 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Enrooth, second by Marks to approve the January 28, 1997 HRA Agenda as <br />13 presented. <br />14 Motion carried unanimously; <br />15 IV. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 14, 1997 HRA MINUTES. <br />Motion by Wagner, second by Faust to approve the January 14, 1997 HRA minutes as <br />46 presented. <br />18 Motion carried unanimously. <br />19 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />20 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br />21 A. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of $1,821.40 for legal services rendered through <br />22 December 31, 1996 for 1996 TIF Matters. <br />23 B. Firstar in the amount of $76,463.34 for St. Anthony 1996A (Taxable) G.O. Tax <br />24 Increment Bonds dated July 1, 1996. <br />25 C. Firstar in the amount of $193,363.75 for St. Anthony 1995B G.O. Tax Increment <br />26 Bonds dated December 1, 1995. <br />27 Motion carried unanimousli <br />28 D. Graus Construction in the amount of $322,829.00 for Pay Application No. 13 for <br />29 St. Anthony Community Center. <br />30 Marks noted the contractor is attempting to repair the bathrooms and has fixed several <br />31 other issues but more remain. He inquired regarding the estimated value of remaining <br />40 items to be repaired. <br />
