CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES <br />APRIL 23, 1996 <br />4 I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 7:35 P.M. <br />6 II. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary Marks, <br />8 Commissioners Wagner and Faust. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Morrison and City Attorney Jerry Gilligan. <br />10 III. APPROVAL OF APRIL 23, 1996 HRA AGENDA. <br />1 I Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the April 23, 1996 HRA Agenda as <br />12 presented. <br />13 <br />14 Motion carried unanimously. <br />15 IV. APPROVAL OF APRIL 9, 1996 HRA MINUTES. <br />16 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the April 9, 1996 HRA minutes with the <br />17 following changes: <br />�18 Page 1, Line 20: after "permit" insert "surcharge". <br />T9 Motion carried unanimously. <br />20 <br />V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />21 <br />Motion <br />by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br />22 <br />A. <br />Graus Construction in the amount of $151,240.00 for pay application #3 for St. <br />23 <br />Anthony City Hall and Community Center. <br />24 <br />B. <br />Ramsey Coup in the amount of $19.50 for Tax and Records - Property <br />25 <br />Ownership filing fees. <br />26 <br />C. <br />Williams/O'Brien Associates. Inc. in the amount of $9,000.00 for architectural <br />27 <br />service rendered December 28, 1995 through March 27, 1996. <br />28 <br />D. <br />Williams/O'Brien Associates. Inc. in the amount of $3,876.53 for site changes per <br />29 <br />Rice Creek Watershed District requirements. <br />30 <br />E. <br />Duane C. Grace In the amount of $3,469.00 for permit work. <br />31 <br />F. <br />Norwest Investment Services in the amount of $64,199.17 for cost of soil <br />32 <br />correction Tax Increment/Evergreen Townhomes. <br />33 <br />34 <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />35 V1. H.R.A. RESOLUTION 1996-001, RE: ENTERING INTO AGREEMENTS WITH <br />FIRST BANK, STE. MARIE COMPANY, AND SUPER VALU INC. REGARDING <br />APACHE PLAZA REDEVELOPMENT. <br />38 City Attorney Gilligan explained this resolution was in collaboration with City Council <br />39 Resolution 96-029. <br />
