CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 8:01 P.M. <br />6 II. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary/Treasurer Marks, <br />8 Commissioners Wagner and Fleming. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Morrison. <br />10 III. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 28, 1995 H.R.A. AGENDA. <br />1 I Motion by Fleming, second by Wagner to approve the February 28, 1995 H.R.A. Agenda <br />12 as with the following changes: <br />13 Add VI. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT <br />14 Motion carried unanimously. <br />�j5 IV. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 10, 1995 H.R.A. MINUTES. <br />Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the January 10, 1995 H.R.A. minutes as <br />17 presented. <br />18 <br />19 Motion carried unanimously. <br />20 <br />V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />21 <br />Motion <br />by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br />22 <br />A. <br />Dorsey & Whitney, in the amount of $1,529.10 for legal services rendered <br />23 <br />through December 31, 1994 for Apache Plaza replatting. <br />24 <br />B. <br />Dorsey & Whitney, in the amount of $1,309.55 for legal services rendered <br />25 <br />through December 31, 1994 for Apache Plaza TIF Project. <br />26 <br />C. <br />General Fund, in the amount of $18,815.73 for transfer of salaries (1994). <br />27 <br />D. <br />Waste Management - Blaine, in the amount of $510.01 for services rendered <br />28 <br />January 27, 1995. <br />29 <br />E. <br />Waste Management - Blaine, in the amount of $857.10 for services rendered <br />30 <br />February 1, 1995, for a total sum payment of $1,367.11. <br />31 <br />Motion carried unanimous <br />32 VI. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT <br />Executive Director Morrison reported there were no new developments with Apache <br />4 Plaza. He noted there was a court hearing scheduled for March 8, 1995. The final task <br />35 for the council will be to approve the TIF bonds plus developer's agreements. <br />
