CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 8:13 P.M. <br />6 11. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary/Treasurer Marks, <br />8 Commissioners Wagner and Fleming. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Monson. <br />10 1II. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 20, 1995 HRA AGENDA. <br />1 1 Motion by Marks, second by Fleming to approve the December 20, 1995 HRA Agenda <br />12 with the following changes: <br />13 Under V. Claims, add: F. Stuart J. Bonniwell in the amount of $690.00. <br />14 <br />15 Motion carried unanimously. <br />16 IV. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 6, 1995 HRA MINUTES. <br />WMotion by Marks, second by Fleming to approve the December 6, 1995 HRA minutes as <br />18 presented. <br />19 Motion carried unanimously. <br />20 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />21 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the following claims: <br />22 A. Hennepin County Treasurer in the amount of $2,836.82 for costs incurred in 1994 <br />23 to administer tax increment districts. <br />24 B. Graus Construction in the amount of $57,190.00 for general construction City <br />25 Hall / Community Center. <br />26 C. Moody's Investors Service in the amount of $4,500.00 for professional services <br />27 rendered in regard to $2,650,000.00 General Obligation Bonds. <br />28 D. Soringsted. Inc. in the amount of $17,155.03 for services preliminary to the <br />29 issuance of $2,650,000.00 General Obligation Tax Increment Bonds, Series <br />30 1995B. <br />31 E. Williams/O'Brien Associates. Inc. in the amount of $9,850.00 for architectural <br />32 services rendered September 27, 1995 through November 28, 1995. <br />33 F. Stuart J. Bonniwell in the amount of $690.00 for professional services rendered <br />34 year ended December 31, 1994. <br />WMarks asked what function the Hennepin County Treasurer performed in administrating <br />37 tax increment districts. <br />
