A. Springsted, Inc. <br />32 <br />33 <br />Motion by Enrooth, seconded by Wagner to approve payment of $6,813.00 to <br />34 <br />Springsted, Inc. for financial advisory services performed from March 1, <br />35 <br />1992 through July 15, 1992 related to the Apache Plaza Tax Increment <br />36 <br />Financing study for which the H.R.A will be reimbursed by the developer. <br />37 <br />38 <br />Motion carried unanimously, <br />39 <br />40 <br />VI <br />RESOLMON 1992-04 APPROVING 1992B AMMME TIS TO THE KENLIE TERRACE <br />41 <br />RMEVII,OPMETH PLAN AND RE)MOTING COUNCIL APPROVAL, <br />42 <br />43 <br />The Executive Director drew attention to one typo "IDA" instead of "HRA" <br />44 <br />in the resolution. He then explained that after the additional property <br />45 <br />described in the amendment is added to the Kenzie Terrace Redevelopment <br />46 <br />Plan, expenditures for public improvements Under Plan D illustrated in <br />47 <br />Exhibit A are authorized to be paid from tax increment revenue derived <br />48 <br />from the Kenzie Terrace Tax Increment District. The public improvements <br />49 <br />will include the acquistions of the Good Luck and Rosie's properties <br />50 <br />with the realignment of 27th Avenue and Coolidge as well as some improve - <br />51 <br />ments to the landscaping in the property which is acquired. <br />52 <br />0 <br />
