ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />SEPTEMBER 25, 2018 <br />6 <br />7 Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />8 <br />9 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />10 <br />I 1 Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />12 <br />13 ROLL CALL. <br />14 <br />15 Present: Mayor Faust, Councilmembers Gray, Jenson, Randle and Stille. <br />16 Absent: None <br />17 Also Present: Assistant to the City Manager Charlie Yunker, Ramsey County Commissioner Mary <br />18 Jo McGuire, Assistant Fire Chief /Fire Marshal Chris Fuller, and Fire Chief Mark <br />19 Sitarz <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />23 ITEMS. <br />24 <br />25 I. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 25, 2018 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />26 <br />27 Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the City <br />28 Council Meeting Agenda of September 25, 2018 as presented. <br />29 <br />30 Motion carried 5 -0. <br />31 <br />32 I1. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />33 <br />34 A. Presentation from Ramsey County Commissioner. <br />35 <br />36 Ramsey County Commissioner Mazy Jo McGuire provided an update on what is going on with <br />37 the County. Commissioner McGuire stated she will also provide an update on issues obtained <br />38 from City Manager Casey. The Vision, Mission and Goals of Ramsey County were presented <br />39 along with the restructuring into four service areas. The Community Indicators were presented. <br />40 There will be a public hearing on the final proposed budget on Monday, November 26 at 6:30 <br />41 p.m. in the Red Cap Room at Union Depot with final budget approval on December 11, 2018. A <br />42 graph indicating the 2019 Supplemental Budget was provided with detailed summary. <br />43 Information and public records can be obtained on the Open Data Portal — <br />44 https:// openperformance.ramseycounty.us. Commissioner McGuire described the Pritzker <br />45 Children's Impact Network and community health assessment and community engagement and <br />46 projects relating to community engagement input received. <br />47 <br />48 Commissioner McGuire reviewed the St. Anthony specific updates including Silver Lake Road <br />49 Flood Issues in 2019, Traffic Studies: 4 -lane to 3 -lane analysis for 37 `h Avenue and signal timing <br />
