APPROVAL OF SEPTEMER 10, 2019 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of September 10, 2019 as presented. <br />Motion carried 4-0. <br />II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />A. Presentation by Tom Miller, St. Anthony Kiwanis. <br />Linda Foster, St. Anthony Kiwanis, provided a brief presentation on the activities the St. <br />Anthony Kiwanis participated in. She discussed how the Kiwanis worked to change the world <br />one child at a time and one community at a time. She further described how her organization of <br />volunteers served the community and its youth. She encouraged residents to consider donating <br />to the St. Anthony Kiwanis on Friday, September 271h during Peanut Day to assist with <br />supporting the great work being done in the City. <br />B. Proclamation for St. Anthony Peanut Day, Friday September 27 2019 <br />Councilmember Stille read in full a proclamation declaring Friday, September 27, 2019 as St. <br />Anthony Peanut Day. <br />III.
