ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />MAY 14, 2013 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Present: Mayor Faust; Councilmembers Gray, Jenson, Roth and Stille. <br />Absent: None. <br />Also Present: City Manager Mark Casey, City Engineer Todd Hubmer, Police Chief John Ohl, and <br />Police Officer Jim South. <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />ITEMS. <br />I. APPROVAL OF MAY 14, 2013, CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of May 14, 2013. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />I1. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS - NONE. <br />III. CONSENT AGENDA. <br />A. Consider April 23, 2013, Council meeting minutes; <br />B. Consider licenses and permits; <br />C. Consider payment of claims; and <br />D. Consider Resolution 13-039: a Resolution Accepting Donations and Grants for 2012 & <br />2013 for the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />Mayor Faust noted the City is required to accept all donations and grants by resolution and <br />recited the grants and donations received in 2012 and in 2013 to date totaling approximately <br />$16,900. He expressed the City Council's thanks to everyone that provided a donation or grant. <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Roth, to approve the Consent <br />Agenda items. <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARING - NONE. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />
