CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 9:20 P.M. <br />6 II. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Secretary Marks, and Commissioners Wagner <br />8 and Faust. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Mornson and City Attorney Jerry Gilligan. <br />10 Commissioners Absent: Vice Chair Enrooth. <br />11 III. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 9, 1997 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the September 9, 1997 HRA Agenda <br />13 with the following change: <br />14 Under VII. Other Business add: A. Old St. Anthony City Hall & Community Center: <br />15 Change Order #2 Additional Excavating <br />16 Motion carried unanimously. <br />IV. APPROVAL OF AUGUST 12, 1997 HRA MINUTES. <br />18 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the August 12, 1997 HRA minutes as <br />19 presented. <br />20 Motion carried unanimously. <br />21 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />22 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following claims: <br />23 A. General <br />24 1. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of $626.24 for legal services rendered <br />25 through July 31, 1997 for HRA acquisition of residential property for <br />26 redevelopment. <br />27 B. Agent Fees for Bonds <br />28 1. Firstar Corporate Trust <br />29 a. In the amount of $193.00 for St. Anthony MN 1991A GO <br />30 Refunding Bonds. <br />31 b. In the amount of $122.00 for St. Anthony MN 94A GO Tax <br />32 Increment Ref. Bonds. <br />33 C. In the amount of $187.00 for St. Anthony 1995B GO Tax <br />34 Increment Bonds. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />
