Some property owners could see a tax increase if <br />individual property values increase. <br />Baldwin explained that during the budgeting process which began <br />in June, the council worked diligently to keep costs down while <br />still providing for the necessary services. Ciernia then moved <br />adoption of Resolution R-93-33 which carried unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION R-93-33 <br />A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE PROPOSED GENERAL <br />FUND BUDGET OF $1,061,989 AND CERTIFIED LEVY <br />OF $527,852 TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR <br />REPORT ON POSSIBLE CHANGE OF POLLING PLACE FOR PRECINCT 2 <br />Baldwin reviewed a staff report (a copy of which is on file in <br />the clerk's office) relating to the possibility of moving the <br />Precinct 2 polling place from Falcon Heights United Church of <br />Christ to Falcon Heights Elementary School.
