2 ~~ <br />CITY OF FALCON HEIGHTS <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MINUTES OF DECEMBER 7, 1995 <br />Mayor-Elect Gehrz convened the meeting at 7:03 P.M. <br />PRESENT <br />Gehrz, Gibson Talbot, Hustad and Jacobs. Also present were Hoyt, Rigdon <br />and Phillips. <br />COMMUNITY FORUM <br />There were no comments from the floor. <br />MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 22, 1995 <br />Minutes were approved unanimously as presented. <br />CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br />The council approved the consent agenda by unanimous consent as follows: <br />1. Disbursements <br />a. General disbursements through 12/1 /95, 553,192.78 <br />b. Payroll, 1 1 /15/95 to 1 1 /30/95, 510,645.18 <br />2. Licenses <br />3. Request to ask for a donation for a computer printer from <br />Hewlett Packard <br />ADDENDUM TO POLICY AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor-Elect Gehrz noted the addition of Item P-3 to the policy agenda as an <br />addendum. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />HEARING ON THE CITY'S PROPOSED 1996 BUDGET AND PROPOSED TAX LEVY <br />Administrator Hoyt presented information on the city's land use and demographic data <br />trends in the city as a back-drop to the discussion on how the city spends its money. <br />She also explained how the city°s budget process works and introduced the city's <br />accountant, Joe Rigdon, who provided a breakdown of city revenues and <br />expenditures.
