MINUTES <br />MARCH 6, 1991 <br />PAGE 2 <br />in the position to keep the connection with Councilmembers and <br />other communities, especially with the Roseville/Falcon Heights <br />cooperative study in process. It was determined that there <br />should be someone in the position immediately to allow time for <br />Wiessner to assist with the transition and Susan Hoyt might be <br />immediately available. The fact that Hoyt is familiar with the <br />City and the City Office was also considered to be an <br />advantage. Following this discussion, Council concurred that <br />the position of Interim Administrator should be offered to Susan <br />Hoyt with salary guaranteed through April 30, 1991 at a minimum, <br />in the event Council decides to change Administrators in the. <br />short run. Compensation will be at the standard minimum salary <br />for the position plus the standard employee benefit package and <br />car allowance.
