1.2~ <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JUNE 24, 1992 <br />Baldwin convened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br />ALL MEMBERS PRESENT <br />Baldwin, Ciernia, Gehrz, Gibson Talbot and Jacobs. Also present <br />were Chenoweth and Hoyt. <br />MINUTES OF 5/27/92 APPROVED <br />Council approved the Minutes of May 27, 1992 by unanimous <br />consent . <br />CONSENT AGENDA APPROVED <br />Council approved the following Consent Agenda by unanimous <br />consent: <br />1. Disbursements: <br /> a. General Disbursements through 6/16/92, $112,998.82 <br /> b. Payroll, 5/16/92 - 5/31/92, $10,144.64 <br /> c. Payroll, 6/1/92 - 6/15/92, $11,678.87 <br />2. Resignation of Rick Talbot from Human Rights Commission <br /> and appointment of Maurine Venters to complete the term <br /> (12/31/93) <br />3. Approval of $30.00 expenditure for continued support of <br /> RSVP program <br />4. Adoption of Ordinance 0-92-3 relating to mandatory <br /> refuse collection <br />5. Approval of additional compensation for building <br /> official for Rot tlund Homes prof ec t (2 5$ of plan check <br /> fee) <br />6. Appointment of summer recreation program staff <br />7. Authorizing the hiring of appraiser for 2061 W. <br /> Larpenteur at a cost of $500-$1,000, such cost to be <br /> paid from TIF district funds <br />8. State Fair to reimburse city for prosecution costs <br /> relating to incidents on Fairgrounds <br />9. Resolution R-92-21 amending fees for temporary parking <br /> permits <br />10. Approval of variance request for construction of an 8 <br /> ft. high fence in the rear and side yards at 1700 St. <br /> Mary's St. <br />11. Licenses: #0965, Burnsville Htg. & AC, #9063, <br /> Combustion Heat & Power, $0966, Blue Chip Tree Co., and <br /> #9064, Pohl's Tree Service <br />12. Approval of fire department use of St. Paul fire <br /> training facilities at a cost of $300 to be funded from <br /> fire department training budget <br />13. Scheduling of a special city council meeting for 6:00 <br /> p.m., Thursday, July 9, 1992 <br />
