MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 25, 1984 <br />A regular meeting of the City Council was called to order at 7:00 P.M. <br />by Mayor Eggert. <br />Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Hard, Chestovich, Ciernia and Baldwin. Also PRESENT <br />present were Attorney Van de North, Engineer Schunicht, and Fiscal Con- <br />sultant Apfelbacher. <br />None. ABSENT <br />Councilmember Chestovich moved, seconded by Councilmember Ciernia, that the CONSENT <br />Consent Agenda be approved with the addition of Sewer Cleaner's License AGENDA <br />~~I097. Liquor Store Financial Report for March, 1984 <br />Councilmember Chestovich moved, seconded by Councilmember Ciernia, that the <br />Minutes of April 11, 1984 be approved. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes informed Council that the sewer line in front <br />of 1355 W. Iowa (Higgins residence) had been televised and nothing in the <br />line indicated blockage and there were no cracks in the line. Engineer <br />Schunicht stated that he found nothing unusual about the Higgins basement <br />which would cause sewer back-ups.
