~~i <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MAY 9, 1984 <br />J <br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Eggert at 7:00 P.M. <br />Mayor Eggert, Councilmembers Chestovich, Ciernia, Baldwin, and Hard. Also <br />present were Clerk Administrator Barnes, Attorney Gasteazoro and Fiscal PRESENT <br />Consultant Chenoweth. <br />None. ABSENT <br />Councilmember Ciernia moved, seconded by Councilmember Chestovich, that CONSENT <br />the Consent Agenda be approved as presented. Motion carried unanimously. Motion carried 4/25/84 <br />unanimously. APPROVED <br />The request from Warren Elert, owner of the apartment building at 1510 <br />W. Larpenteur, that Council reconsider payment of sewer clean-out <br />charges was deferred as Mr. Elert's written request had not been <br />received. <br />Council considered a request from Ruth Keeley, 1964 Autumn, that "Slow <br />Children" signs be placed at the corners of Autumn and Roselawn, and Prior <br />and Roselawn. Councilmember Hard stated he had discussed the matter with <br />neighbors, and had various opinions on placement of the signs. Follow- <br />ing a discussion, Council directed the Clerk Administrator to write Mrs. <br />Keeley and explain that the Deputies will be requested to carefully <br />patrol the area especially during school bus loading and unloading <br />times. <br />W.
