Notice (contd.) <br />will be put in the newspapers that anyone interested in serving on the committee <br />should attend a Council meeting and indicate interest. <br />Attorney Gasteazoro presented and reviewed the latest Supreme Court OPEN MEETING <br />ruling on the Open Meeting Law. LAW RULING <br />Councilmember Ciernia suggested that a letter of welcome be written LETTER OF <br />to Sandra Gardebring newly appointed Chairperson of the Metropolitan WELCOME TO <br />Council, who is moving into the community. Mayor Eggert will draft SANDRA <br />an appropriate letter. GARDEBRING <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes explained that it is necessary to have the <br />sanitary sewer jetted on the north side of Larpenteur from Arona to <br />Hamline and on Hamline from Larpenteur to Garden. The approximate <br />cost of the jetting will be $2,200. Mayor Eggert moved, seconded <br />by Councilmember Chestovich, that the Clerk Administrator be authorized <br />to arrange for the jetting. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Councilmember Hard moved, seconded by Councilmember Baldwin, that <br />the meeting be adjourned at 9:09 P.M.
