MINUTES <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JUNE 12, 1984 <br />PAGE 5 <br /> <br />I <br />'~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 84-20 RESOLUTION <br />84-20 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE LARPENTEUR AVENUE WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT, <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TO BE <br />OPENED AT 10:00 A.M., JULY 11, 1984 <br />Mayor Eggert informed. Council that several trees have been planted on the BOULEVARD <br />boulevard area in Falcon Woods No. 3 even though Council had gone on TREES IN <br />record that no boulevard trees were to be planted. Clerk Administrator FALCON WOODS <br />Barnes had advised the developer of that fact following the last Council N0. 3 <br />meeting. After a discussion, Mayor Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember <br />Ciernia, that the City Attorney be authorized to draft a letter to the <br />homeowners and the developer explaining that trees are not permitted on <br />the boulevards, and recommending that existing trees be removed and <br />transplanted. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Councilmember Ciernia suggested that a section be incorporated into QUASI-PUBLIC <br />the revised Zoning Ordinance covering quasi-public buildings (similar BUILDINGS <br />to the Roseville Ordinance). <br />Mayor Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember Chestovich, that the ADJOURNMENT <br />meeting be adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
