Councilmember Baldwin commented on the portion of the Minutes APPROVED
relating to the condemnation of Falcon Service Center. He felt that in matters
as major as this, the item should have been listed on the agenda rather than
being addressed with Bullseye update, and requested that Council be more
sensitive as to what issues are handled under agenda items. Upon a vote being taken, all voted "aye" except
`or Councilmember Baldwin, who abstained.
