MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING ~ ~ ~1 <br />SEPTEMBER 25, 1985 +G~ <br />PAGE 4 <br /> <br />1 <br />Ci <br />Mayor Eggert explained the Explorer Post Concept and advised that the EXPLORER <br />Scouts would like to establish a Post with the Falcon Heights Fire POST <br />Department. After a discussion concerning liability, Councilmember CONCEPT <br />Ciernia moved, seconded by Councilmember Chenoweth, to approve the APPROVED <br />Explorer Post Concept with the Falcon Heights Fire Department but <br />directed the Clerk Administrator to contact the City Attorney regarding <br />insurance liability. Motion carried unanimously. <br />COUNCIL INFORMATION: <br />Mayor Eggert updated Council on a meeting held regarding the Lido Cafe <br />Italian Ristorante. <br />Councilmember Chenoweth advised that the Ramsey County Officers Cook and <br />Birrenbach would like to meet with the Mayor, Clerk Administrator, <br />Captain Spencer and Sheriff Zacharias concerning events which have taken <br />place and need clarification and Council support. Clerk Administrator <br />Barnes was requested to arrange such a meeting for next Tuesday morning. <br />Councilmember Chenoweth moved, seconded by Councilmember Hard, to adjourn ADJOURNMENT <br />the meeting at 8:52 P.M. <br />Ronald C.
