MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JANUARY 28, 1981 <br />,~ A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to <br />order by Mayor Warkentien at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Brown and Eggert. Also present were PRESENT <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes and Attorney Allen. <br />Councilmember Larson. Councilmember Steele arrived at 7:43 p.m. ABSENT <br />Councilmember Brown moved, seconded by Councilmember Eggert that the CONSENT AGEND <br />Consent Agenda be approved as presented. Motion carried unanimously. APPROVED <br />1. Fire Report 4CF-00818 <br />Z. Rescue Reports 4~R-00381 - ~6R-00781 <br />3. General Payroll 1/1/81 - 1/15/81 $ 3,565.35 <br />4. Liquor Payroll 1/1/81 - 1/15/81 $ 3,638.88 <br />5. General Disbursements 1/15/81 - 1/28/81 $34,447.42 <br />Sinking Fund $ 6,676.50 <br />6. Ramsey County Sheriff's Report, December, 1980 <br />Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilmember Eggert that the MINUTES OF <br />Minutes of January 14, 1981 be approved as corrected. Motion carried 1/14/81 <br />unanimously. APPROVED <br />Councilmember Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember Brown, that DUPLICATE <br />a duplicate check be issued to Jan Bykowski in the amount of $28.00 CHECK FOR <br />to replace Check ~~13229, dated October 8, 1980, which was lost in the $28.00 TO <br />mail. Motion carried unanimously. (Councilmember Steele arrives.) BE ISSUED TO <br />JAN BYKOWSKI <br />Councilmember Brown informed Council that the Rescue Department <br />suggested that the "no-load" fee for ambulance service be set at $35.00 NO-LOAD FEE <br />rather than $65.00, which was previously approved. Councilmember Brown FOR AMBULANCE <br />moved, seconded by Councilmember Eggert, that the "no-load" fee be SET AT $35.00 <br />established at $35.00. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes presented a proposed ambulance contract PROPOSED <br />with the City of Lauderdale. After a discussion Councilmember Brown AMBULANCE <br />moved, seconded by Councilmember Steele, that the contract be approved CONTRACT TO <br />with the stipulated changes, and submitted to the City of Lauderdale BE PRESENTED <br />for consideration. Motion carried unanimously. TO I~~UDERDAL <br />Councilmember Steele also suggested that upon renewal of the Fire <br />Contract with Lauderdale, Council consider changing the cancellation <br />t clause to read 60 days rather than 30 days as it is presently stated. <br />Attorney Allen reviewed the proposed vacation of the walkway between <br />1740 and 1746 Holton. The residents concerned have been unable to <br />
