MINUTES ~ ~~' <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 11,1981 <br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Warkentien at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown, Eggert and Larson. Also PRESENT <br />present were Clerk Administrator Barnes, Attorney Allen and Engineer Lemberg. <br />None. ABSENT <br />Councilmember Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember Brown, that the CONSENT <br />Consent Agenda be approved as presented. Motion carried unanimously. AGENDA <br />APPROVED <br />1. Upon a vote being JANUARY 28, <br />taken the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, 1981 <br />Brown and Eggert, and the following voted "nay": None. Councilmember <br />Larson abstained. Motion carried. <br />Engineer Lemberg explained to Council the Supplemental Agreements on the <br />reconstruction of Roselawn Ave., between Fairview and Cleveland, and the <br />following action was taken: <br />Councilmember Steele moved, seconded by Councilmember Eggert, that <br />Supplemental Agreement #4 be returned to Ramsey County for a break- <br />down due to the fact that the County Engineer misinterpreted the plans. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />ROSELAWN AVE <br />CHANGE <br />ORDERS <br />
