MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 8, 1981 <br /> <br />L~ <br />tiV <br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to <br />order by Mayor Warkentien at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, <br />present were Clerk Administrator Barnes, <br />Lemberg. <br />None. <br />Brown, Eggert and Larson. Also PRESENT <br />Attorney Allen and Engineer <br />Councilmember Larson moved, seconded by Councilmember Brown, that <br />the Consent Agenda be approved as presented. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />1. Fire Reports 4~F-0781 - ~~F-0981 <br />2. Rescue Reports 4~R-02681 - APR-02681 <br />3. General Payroll 3/16/81 $ 4,591.18 <br />4. Liquor Payroll 3/16/81 $ 2,969.31 <br />5. Liquor Disbursements 3/24/81 - 4/6/81 $17,852.58 <br />6. General Disbursements 3/26/81 - 4/8/81 $26,099.06 <br />7. Ramsey County Sheriff's Report, January, 1981 <br />8. Ramsey County Sheriff's Report, February, 1981 <br />ABSENT <br />CONSENT AGEND.: <br />APPROVED <br />New items of business added to the Agenda are as follows: (1) Approval NEW BUSINESS <br />the appointment of John Labalestra to the Planning Commission and (2) <br />Proposed M.T.C. bus route changes. <br />Councilmember Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember Steele, that the <br />Minutes of March 25, 1981 be approved as corrected. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes informed that he had contacted the Roseville <br />City Manager regarding the change order costs on Roselawn Avenue (as <br />directed by Council at the March 25, 1981 meeting) and that Roseville <br />has agreed to pay the charges as requested by Ramsey County. After <br />a lengthy discussion regarding the computation of costs to Falcon <br />Heights, Councilmember Steele moved, seconded by Councilmember Larson, <br />that the matter be deferred to the April 22, 1981 meeting to allow <br />the Clerk Administrator to re-compute, and present to Council, exact <br />figures iavolved in the change orders made necessary by errors on the <br />part of the Ramsey County Engineer. Motion carried unanimously. <br />MINUTES OF <br />3125/81 <br />APPROVED <br />ROSELAWN AVE: <br />CHANGE ORDER'w <br />DEFERRED TO <br />4/22/81 <br />Attorney Allen informed Council that he had discussed the proposed PROPOSED <br />Criminal Code Ordinance with the City Prosecuting Attorney and pointed CRIMINAL COD] <br />out some changes suggested by the Prosecutor. Following a discussion ORDINANCE <br />Councilmember Larson moved, seconded by Councilmember Eggert that ~~180 <br />Ordinance 4180 be adopted as corrected and that the Clerk Administrator <br />be authorized to publish same. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
