MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MAY 27, 1981 <br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Warkentien at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Brown and Larson. Also present was Clerk PRESENT <br />Administrator Barnes, Attorney Allen, and Engineer Lemberg. <br />Councilmembers Steele and Eggert arrived at 7:42 p.m. ABSENT <br />~ Mayor Warkentien presented to Maintenance Man Charles Dailey, the WASTE WATER <br />Wastewater Treatment Facility Operator Certificate awarded upon Mr. TREATMENT <br />bailey's completetion of the necessary studies. CERTIFICATE <br />AWARDED TO <br />Councilmember Larson moved, seconded by Councilmember Brown, that the CHARLES <br />Consent Agenda be approved as presented. Motion carried unanimously. Licenses: See Attached List <br />The following new business was added to the agenda: (1) Report on NEW BUSINES; <br />meeting with the University regarding possible City Hall site, (2) ADD TO <br />Request from Human Rights for authorization to expend $50.00 for the AGENDA <br />registration of 2 members for the Minnesota State Human Rights Con- <br />vention, and (3) Discussion of a possible raffle ordinance. <br />S <br />Councilmembers Steele and Eggert arrive. ~ STEELE & <br />~ EGGERT <br />Councilmember Larson moved, seconded by Councilmember Brown, that the' ARRIVE <br />Minutes of May 13, 1981 be approved as written. Upon a vote being ta~.en <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Steele, Eggert,' MINUTES OF <br />Brown and Larson, and the following voted against same: None. Mayor 5/I3/81 <br />Warkentien abstained. Motion carried. APPROVED <br />The Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation Program was discussed after which SECTION 8 <br />the matter was deferred to the June Z0, 1981 meeting in order to allow REHAB. <br />further study.
