MINUTES REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING JUNE 24, 1981 ~ A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to order by Mayor Warkentien at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown and Larson. Also present PRESENT were Clerk Administrator Barnes and Attorney Van DeNorth. Councilmember Eggert: ABSENT e~. Councilmember Brown moved, seconded by Councilmember Larson, that the CONSENT AGEND Consent Agenda be approved as presented. Motion carried unanimously. APPROVID 1. Lauderdale Fire Report #F-00981 2. Licenses: See Attached List The following new business was added to the agenda: (1) Removal of the NEW BUSINESS boat parked on front lawn at 1882 Albert, (2) Change orders for patching ADDED TO Albert, Pascal, and Maple Knoll at Fry St., and (3) Recreation - Ice Cream AGENDA Social. Councilmember Larson moved, seconded by Councilmember Brown, that the MINUTES OF Minutes of June 10, 1981 be approved as presented. Motion carried 6/10/81 unanimously. APPROVID Councilmember Brown moved, seconded by Councilmember Steele, that the MINUTES OF Minutes of the Special Meeting of June 16, 1981 be approved as presented. SPECLAL MEET- Motion carried unanimously. ING OF 6/16/8 APPROVID .Mayor Warkentien presented a request for placement of an additional street light on Albert halfway between the walkway and Garden Avenue. Following STREET LIGHT- a short discussion Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilmember Steele ING DISCUSSIO: that the Clerk Administrator be authorized to obtain an estimate of the cost to place an additional light at that site.
