Attorney Allen explained that INSURANCE <br />the employee's insurance would come into play first and excess would be (cont.) <br />covered under the City's policy. <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes informed Council that there have been some SQUAD CAR <br />problems with the electrical system on the City Squad Car. He had REPAIRS <br />obtained information that indicated one of the deputies had disconnected <br />the ingition buzzer which grounded out, burning out the alternator. <br />Councilmember Steele moved, seconded by Councilmember Eggert, that Ramsey <br />County be billed for the cost of the repairs as the damage was caused as <br />a result of the deputy involving himself in the unauthorized maintenance <br />of a City vehicle. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes notified Council that the recently vacated WALKWAY <br />walkway between 1740 and 1746 Holton running to Albert has been added UPDATE <br />to the properties to the north by the Ramsey County Assessor's Office. <br />Attorney Allen stressed that regardless of the Assessor's action only <br />the courts can determine true ownership. <br />Councilmember Larson moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien, that the meeting ADJOURNMENT <br />be adjourned at 9:22 p.m. Motion carried unanimously. <br />1 <br />- , <br />J/ <br />Willis C.
