MINUTES <br />REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />MAY 26, 1982 <br />PAGE 4 <br />request came from the Fire Department of Roseville to our Fire Chief. <br />Councilmember Chestovich informed the Council that the City Council <br />of Roseville is not aware of this request being made. Councilmembers <br />Larson and Chestovich request that the matter be tabled until the <br />next Council meeting. In the meantime, the matter should be referred <br />to the Roseville City Council. <br />LJ <br />_J <br />Engineer Brad Lemberg discussed the change orders requested by Fire <br />Chief Renchin concerning the new Community Building that is presently <br />under construction. He makes reference to three changes requested <br />in his May 26, 1982, letter to the City Council. Councilmember Larson <br />requested that these changes be reviewed with the Fire Chief and his <br />comments be discussed at the next Council meeting. <br />~V <br />CHANGE ORDERS <br />COMMUNITY BLDG. <br />A letter dated May 13, 1982, from Kenneth E. Weltzin, Director of CLEVELAND AVENUE <br />the County Engineer's Office, concerning the Cleveland Avenue access LETTER NOTED <br />was noted. <br />The Clerk Administrator made reference to a letter dated May 17, 1982 <br />from Kenneth E. Weltzin, Director and County Engineer for Ramsey <br />County, regarding the median openings for Larpenteur and Prior <br />Avenues. He stated that the west cut was not mentioned in the letter <br />so the request was again made to Ramsey County. Engineer Lemberg <br />requested that these median openings b.e added to the street project <br />to keep the costs down. <br />Councilmember Ciernia informed the Council that there has been a <br />tremendous response to the summer recreational program. Fifty-two <br />children have signed up for T-Ball at Falcon Heights School. <br />Councilmember Chestovich advised that she will be attending the <br />Roseville School Board meeting. The playground equipment and <br />library materials disposition have been placed on their agenda. <br />MEDIAN OPENING <br />LARPENTEUR AND <br />PRIOR <br />SUMMER RECREATION <br />PROGRAM <br />SCHOOL BOARD <br />MEETING <br />Councilmember Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember Larson, that ADJOURNMENT <br />the meeting be adjourned at 10:54 P.M.
