MINUTES REGULAR CITX COUNCIL MEETING JUNE 9, 1982 PAGE 6 Councilmember Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember Chestovich, that the Clerk Administrator be authorized to cancel check 414653 dated April 28, 1982, issued to Monell Jakel in the amount of $12.00 and to issue a replacement check. Motion carried unanimously. Councilmember Larson moved, seconded by Councilmember Eggert, that the Clerk Administrator be authorized to -cancel check 4414243 dated October 23, 1981, issued to Har Mar Lock and Key in the amount of $5.00. Motion carried unanimously. Ramsey County Board Resolution 82-482 addressing street entrance guide- lines and fees was noted. 1 Attorney Kenefick presented a draft of Resolution 82-20 approving plats and varinaces for Bernwood Additions 2 and 3. Following the discussion Council directed the City Attorney to re-write the resolution to include the recommendations made by the City Consultants. The map indicating the revised National Weather Services area of responsi- bility was noted. A letter from the Metropolitan Council dated May 24, 1982 relating to the City of Lauderdale's application for federal funds to acquire the Breck Woods Nature Area was noted. Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilmember Eggert, that Resolution 82-23 awarding the 1982 sealcoating bid be adopted. Motion carried unanimously.
