MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JANUARY 26, 1983 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to order <br />by Acting Mayor Larson. <br />Acting Mayor Larson, Couneilmembers Ciernia, Chestovich and Eggert. <br />Mayor l~arkentien. <br />Councilmember Ciernia moved, seconded by Acting Mayor Larson, that the <br />Consent Agenda be approved as presented. <br />1. Larpenteur <br />Falcon Heights, MN 55113 <br />Councilmember Chestovich moved, seconded by Councilmember Eggert, that <br />the Minutes of December 15, 19$2 be approved with the following correct- <br />itons: (1) Page 2, Paragraph 3, indicate that Councilmember Eggert's <br />"nay" vote was due to the fact that there was not sufficient roadway for <br />garbage trucks, emergency vehicles, etc., and (2) Page 2, Paragraph 5, <br />indicate that the $8,500 balance was for reimbursement of the Cable TV <br />costs incurred by the City over the past few years. Upon a vote being <br />taken, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Ciernia, <br />Chestovich and Eggert, and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Acting Mayor Larson abstained. Motion carried. <br />Councilmember Ciernia moved, seconded by Acting Mayor Larson, that the <br />rr~.inutes of January 5, 1983 be approved as presented. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Councilmember Eggert moved, s eeonded by Acting Mayor Larson, that the <br />Treasurer's Bond in the amount of X10,000 be apuroved. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Councilmember Eggert moved, seconded by Acting Mayor Larson, that the <br />Mutual Aid Contract for Fire be approved and that the Mayor and Clerk <br />Administrator be authorized to execute the same.
