Motion carried
unanimously.
Councilmember Ciernia explained that B and J Midway Floral, 1871
W. Larpenteur, did not appear before the Planning Commission at
their August 8th meeting regarding their request to move a storage
building from their property and move in a garage. Councilmember
Ciernia expressed the Planning Commission's concern that the occupant
of the property and the actual owner of the property be in agreement
on what physical changes should be done to the property. Attorney
Gasteazoro advised that only the owner has the right to ask for a
conditional use and the Clerk Administrator was directed to notify
B and J of this requirement. Councilmember Ciernia also advised
that the Planning Commission recommended screening be required,
MINUTES OF
7/27/83
APPROVED
B & J FLORAL
REQUEST FOR
CONDITIONAL
USE DISCUSSED
