Fiscal Consultant Chenoweth explained that PACKARD <br />the tax increments would go first for payment of the bonds which have (cont.) <br />been committed, and it can also pay for costs of construction within <br />the next three years provided it is included in the report. Mr. Chenoweth <br />felt that action should not be taken on the Hewlett-Packard request for <br />deferment at this time, but, if everything falls into place, as appears <br />to be happening, ample funds would probably be available to pay back the <br />bonds and also to help pay for additional projects. The assessment roll <br />should be adopted as presented and abatement could be considered at a <br />later time . <br />JOHN <br />John Peterson, Good Value Homes, stated they were satisfied with the PETERSON, <br />total dollar amount per unit as assessed for the project. He explained GOOD VALUE <br />that approximately $l~0,000 was expended by Good Value to move dirt when HOMES <br />Hewlett Packard did not participate in the ponding project. <br />There being no others wishing to be heard, Mayor Warkentien closed the PUBLIC <br />Public Hearing at 8:25 P.M. HEARING <br />CLOSED <br />Mayor Warkentien moved, seconded by Councilmember Larson, to adopt <br />Resolution 83-31. Motion carried unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION 83-31 RESOLUTION <br />83-31 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />FALCON WOODS NO.,~ AND N0. 3 AND ADJACENT <br />BENEFITED PROPERTIES <br />Karen Northrop, 192 Summer, asked for a review of the steps leading KAREN NORT- <br />up to the approval by Council of the Gortner Storm Sewer Project and HROP, 192 <br />Fiscal Consultant explained the process. SUMP~R <br />Council reviewed a building permit application from Hewlett-Packard HEWLETT <br />for the proposed addition to their building. Following a short PACKARD <br />discussion, Councilmember Ciernia moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien, BUILDING <br />that the permit be approved subject to approval of the final plan by PERMIT <br />the City Building Inspector and after all state regulations have been APPROVED <br />addressed. Motion carried unanimously. SUBJECT TO <br />APPROVAL OF <br />Mayor Warkentien opened the Public Hearing on the Assessment of FINAL PLAN <br />Delinquent Sanitary Sewer Charges at 8:30 P.M. and presented the <br />Affidavit of Publication, Affidavit of Posting and Certificate of PUBLIC HEAR- <br />Mailing. There being no one wishing to be heard, Mayor Warkentien ING ON DELIN~ <br />closed the public hearing at 8:36 P.M. Councilmember Larson moved, QUENT SANIT- <br />seconded by Councilmember Chestovich, that Resolution 83-32 be ARY SEWER <br />adopted. Motion carried unanimously.
