<br />MINUTEb <br />SPECIAL CI`1'Y COUNCIL MEETING <br />NOVEMBr;R 30, 1y83 <br />A special meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to order <br />at 7:30 p.m. by Mayor Narkentien. <br />Mayor warkentien, Councilmembers Larson, Ciernia, Chestovich and Eggert. <br />Also present were Clerk Administrator Barnes, Attorney Gasteazoro, and <br />EYlgineer ~chunicht. <br />None. <br />Mayor warkentien movea, seconded by Councilmember Ciernia, that Resolution <br />83-l~2 be adopted. Motion carried unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION 83-1~2 <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THOMAS HUGHES, ATTOttN~,'Y AT <br />I,Aw, A5 SPECIAL PttOS,~;CUTOx FOR THE CITY OF FALCON <br />HEIGH`!'S <br />1 <br /> <br />council discussed the scheduling of a retirement party for Mayor <br />warkentien after which they recommended that an open house at City <br />Ha11 be held on January 8, 1y$I~ from 2:00 to 5:00 P.M. with a program <br />at 3:00 P.M. Counc~nember Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember <br />Chestovieh, that the Retirement Committee, chaired by Helen 3rown, <br />be authorized to expend up to X500.00 such amount to be taken from <br />the Contingency Fund. Upon a vote being taken, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: Councilmembers Larson, Ciernia, Chestovich and Eggert, <br />and the following voted against the same: None.
