MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JANUARY 11, 1978 3 <br />Page 3 <br />• Mayor Glarkenten moved the adoption of the map addition PHONE DIRECTOR <br />to the present directory spread. Motion died for lack (CONY) <br />of a second. <br />Councilman Black introduced for discussion the <br />conditional use request of Mr. James Rutzick to <br />operate an amusement center at 1544 Larpenteur Avenue <br />and further informed council of the planning commissions <br />decision approving the request. Mr. Rutzick had sub- <br />mitted additional operational information which council <br />had requested. <br />Councilman Black moved the application for the condi- <br />tional use for an amusement center at 1544 Larpenteur <br />be granted, seconded by Councilman McGough. Upon a <br />vote being taken the following voted "aye": Mayor <br />Warkentien, Councilmembers Black, McGough and Brown, <br />the following voted "nay": Councilman Steele. Motion <br />carried. <br />Council directed Clerk Administrator Barnes to refund <br />the $10.00 variance fee to Mr. James Rutzick as a <br />variance was not involved. <br />Councilman McGough moved adoption of Resolution 78-1 <br />• designating North Star State Bank as the Official <br />Depository for General and Sinking Funds for the year <br />1978. The motion was seconded by Councilman Steele. <br />Upon a vote being taken, the following voted "aye": <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Black, McGough, <br />Steele and Brown. The following voted "nay": None. <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilman Black moved the adoption of Resolution <br />78-2, designating Roseville State Bank as the official <br />Depository for Liquor Store Funds for 1978. The <br />motion was seconded by Mayor Warkentien. Upon a vote <br />being taken the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, <br />Councilmembers Black, McGough, Steele and Brown. -The <br />following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Councilman McGough moved adoption of Resolution 78-3 <br />authorizing a Safety Deposit Box at North Star State <br />Bank of Roseville. The motion was seconded by NIayor <br />Warkentien. Upon a vote being taken, the following <br />voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Black, <br />McGough, Steele and Brown. The following voted "nay": <br />None.
