i~ <br />1 <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY <br />FEBRUARY 22, <br />Page 5 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />1978 <br />Acting Mayor Black read the letter from the Metro <br />Waste Control Commission informing all local <br />officials that hearings are to be held and where <br />the proposed locations of future chemical waste <br />landfill facilities are being considered. <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes presented a bill for tree <br />removal from James Boyd, 1788 Albert. The trees <br />removed were at 1800 and 1818 W. Larpenteur. The <br />State reimbursement program does not reimburse <br />commercial property owners, council directed Clerk <br />Administrator Barnes to write Mr. Boyd and inform <br />him of the State's policy of reimbursement. <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes informed council the "no <br />parking" for Larpenteur Avenue from Cleveland to <br />Fry had been approved by the County Board of <br />Commissioners. <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes informed council that <br />Mando Photo's additional strength charge in the <br />sewage system for 1977 was $25.05. <br />Council .was advised that Fire Chief Jerry Renchin was <br />appointed to serve two years on the State Chiefs <br />Association as a member of the Ambulance and Rescue <br />Squad Committees. <br />Councilman McGough moved, seconded by Councilperson <br />Brown to adjourn the meeting at 9:18 p.m. Upon a <br />vote being taken the following voted "aye": Acting <br />Mayor Black, Councilmembers McGough and Brown the <br />following voted "nay" : None. ot~io~ c,~rried / _i <br />ACTING MIXYOR"WILLIL~fM"H.
