MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING +~r <br />MAY 10, 1978 <br />A regular City Council meeting of the City of Falcon <br />Heights was called to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Black, McGough, Steele PRESENT <br />and Brown. Also present were Clerk Administrator Barnes, <br />Engineer Lemberg and Attorney Kenefick. <br />None ABSENT <br />Councilmember Black moved, seconded by Councilmember <br />Steele to approve the Consent Agenda as follows: <br />1. Fire and Rescue Reports 43 and 44 <br />2. Building Inspectors Report - April <br />3. General Disbursements in the amount of $14,786.94 <br />4. General Payroll in the amount of $4,140.76 <br />5. Liquor Disbursements in the amount of $17,251.73 <br />6. Liquor Payroll in the amount of $1,927.12 <br />7. Human Rights Meeting Minutes <br />8. Licenses: <br />Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor <br />Minneapolis Jaycees -.Projects #231 <br />Jeff Johnson - Representative <br />11300 Yates Avenue <br />Champlin, Minnesota <br />Upon a vote being taken the following voted "aye": Mayor <br />Warkentien, Councilmembers Black, McGough, Steele and <br />Brown and the following voted "nay": None. Motion <br />carried. <br />Deferred to May 24, 1978 MINUTES OF <br />APRIL 12,'78 <br />Deferred to May 24, 1978 MINUTES OF <br />APRIL 26,'78 <br />Mayor Warkentien called upon Mr. Royal Heins, 745 <br />Sandhurst, St.Paul, regarding his letter to the council <br />for the removal of "No Parking" on Larpenteur Avenue, <br />Cleveland to Fry. Mr. Heins made note the cost of <br />parking for university students and being on a low <br />income as a rule, parking fees pose a problem. After <br />discussion by council, Councilmember Steele moved, <br />seconded by Councilmember McGough to deny Mr. Heins <br />request. Upon a vote being taken the following voted <br />"aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Black, McGough, <br />Steele and Brown and the following voted "nay": None. <br />Motion carried. <br />
