_ ~ ~~ <br />MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MAY 24, 1978 <br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Falcon Heights was called to order by Mayor Warkentien <br />at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Black, McGough. Also PRESENT <br />present were Clerk Administrator Barnes, Engineer Lemberg <br />and Attorney Kenefick. <br />Councilmember Steele was out of town. Councilmember Brown ABSENT <br />was expected to arrive late due to a prior engagement. <br />Councilmember Black moved, seconded by Councilmember CONSENT AGENDA <br />McGough to approve the Consent Agenda. with the exception <br />of General Corporate License #448, Peddler 8 Solicitor <br />for selling Tropical Flowers to the regular agenda. <br /> 1. Fire & Rescue Reports 45 through 48 <br /> 2. Ramsey County Sheriff Report - April <br /> 3. General Disbursements $36,994.28 <br /> 4. General Payroll $ 3,885.46 <br /> 5. <br />6. Liquor Disbursements <br />Liquor Payroll $10,571.42 <br />$ 2,085.42 <br /> 7. License: <br /> Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor <br /> Catholic Allumni Club #232 <br /> John Winters-Representative <br /> 428 Herschel. <br /> St. Paul, Minnesota <br />Upon a vote being taken the following voted "aye": Mayor <br />Warkentien, Councilmembers Black and McGough and the <br />following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Councilmember Black moved, seconded by Councilmember MINUTES OF <br />McGough to approve the Minutes of April 12, 1978 as APRIL 12, 1978 <br />corrected. Upon a vote being taken the following voted <br />"aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Black and McGough <br />and the. following .voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />Councilmember McGough moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien MINUTES OF <br />to approve the Minutes of April 26, 1978 as corrected. APRIL 26, 1978 <br />Upon a vote being taken the following voted "aye": Mayor <br />Warkentien, Councilmembers Black and McGough and the <br />following voted "nay": None. Motion carried. <br />
