MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JULY 26, 1978 <br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Falcon Heights was called to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Acting Mayor Black, Councilmembers McGough, Steele PRESENT <br />and Brown. <br />Mayor Warkentien arrived at 8:05. DELAYED <br />Councilmember Steele moved, seconded by Councilmember CONSENT <br />McGough to approve the consent agenda as follows AGENDA <br />excluding licenses. <br />1. Fire & Rescue Reports 67 thru 73 <br />2. General Payroll - June 1-15 - June Firemen $3,829.68 <br />3. General Disbursements in the amount of $20,476.02 <br />4. Liquor Store Payroll June 1-15 $1,919.73 <br />5. Liquor Store Disbursements in the amount of $18,249.33 <br />1~~ <br />6. Yellen & Assoc. Financial Statement-Liquor Store-June <br />Upon a vote being taken the following voted ^aye^: <br />Acting Mayor Black, Councilmembers McGough, steele and <br />Brown and the following voted ^nay^: None. Motion <br />carried. <br />Acting Mayor Black moved, seconded by Councilmember MINUTES OF <br />McGough to approve the Minutes of July 12, 1978 as JULY 12, 1978 <br />corrected. Upon a vote being taken the following <br />voted ^aye^: Acting Mayor Black, Councilmember McGough <br />Steele and Brown and the following voted ^nay^: None.• <br />Motion carried. <br />Councilmember Steele moved, seconded by Acting Mayor <br />Black to approve the proposed posting of ^No Parking^ <br />signs for the State Fair as follows: <br />1. All of the Northome Addition. <br />2. Water hydrant side on Albert, Holton, Pascal, <br />Simpson, Arona, Asbury and Crawford, south <br />of Garden Avenue to Larpenteur. <br />3. All of Hollywood Court including the alley. <br />4. St. Marys, Fry, Maple Knoll Drive and Garden <br />Avenue West of Snelling. <br />5. Fairview Avenue 1,30^ feet north of Larpenteur <br />on both sides. <br />6. Tatum 1,300 feet north of Larpenteur. <br />7. Lindig Street on water side, including <br />culdesac. <br />
