Larpenteur Avenue on both sides between <br />Hamline and Snelling. <br />Upon a vote being taken the following voted ^aye^: <br />Acting Mayor Black, Councilmembers McGough, Steele, <br />and Brown and the following voted ^nay^: None. <br />Motion carried. <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A LOCAL AGENT TO <br />MAKE APPLICATION THROUGH THE UNITED STATES <br />DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT- <br />FEDERAL DISASTER ASSISTANCE. <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes submitted for discussion <br />Resolution 78-19, Designation of Applicants Local <br />Agent.{HUD Disaster Relief}. Clerk Administrator <br />Barnes stated he had attended a meeting with other <br />communities of Ramsey County to file application <br />for disaster relief funds. The City of Falcon Heights <br />has filed for $10,200 in disaster relief funds to <br />correct some of our problems resulting from the heavy <br />rains this season. Each community is required to <br />designate a person or persons to act as agent for the <br />purpose of obtaining Federal Disaster Assistance. <br />Councilmember McGough moved, seconded by Council- <br />member Brown to appoint Clerk Administrator Barnes <br />as Applicant Local Agent for the City of Falcon Heights. <br />Upon a vote being taken the following voted ^aye^: <br />Acting Mayor Black, Councilmembers McGough, Steele and <br />Brown and the following voted ^nay": None. Motion <br />carried. <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes presented for approval RESOLUTION <br />Resolution 78-18 regarding parking restrictions on 78-18 <br />project M.S.A.P. 124-103-01 {Roselawn Ave.}.
