Upon <br />a vote being taken the following voted ^aye^: Mayor <br />Warkentien, Councilmembers Black, McGough, Steele and <br />Brown and the following voted ^nay^: Noble. Motion <br />carried. <br />Engineer Lemberg reported he had checked the alley <br />behind Charles Stone -'1375 W. Idaho as requested <br />by council. The only complaint was water standing <br />in the spring, but is only for a short time and not <br />a problem at this time. <br /> <br /> <br />Engineer Lemberg submitted a list._of contractors <br />who build._tennis courts. Engineer Lemberg requested <br />Councilmember McGough to select one ~o accompany the <br />council on their tour of courts Aug. 9, 1978. Council- <br />member Steele moved, seconded by Councilmember Mc~ough <br />to authorize Councilmember McGough ~o select one of <br />these firms to inspect the tennis courts at Falcon Woods <br />Community Park and furnish a written report. Carried <br />unanimously- ._ ,_ ,. <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes informed council the <br />carousel advertising for the liquor store is now on <br />display at Lido Cafe- It„was recommended by Clerk <br />Administrator Barnes payment of $296.00 he paid subject to <br />their fulfilling their contract with Lido Cafe.
