It does not authorize ar~y employee to enter a structure TREE REN~9AL <br />on the property. Attorney Kenefick suggested the council use caution (cont.) <br />when using the consent and removal, such as with borderline trees. <br />Engineer Lemberg reported Mr. Margolis has inspected the drainage ditch TATUM STREET <br />on Tatum. Margolis will excavate, and re-sod for approximately $1,200.00. DRAINAGE <br />Engineer Lemberg noted it would increase the capacity of the ditch but DITDH <br />the culvert under Tatum Street is minimal and only if that were enlarged <br />would it create a greater flow at the ditch. Mayor Warkentien and <br />Engineer Lemberg were directed to contact the residents and explain the <br />problems imrolved. <br />The Public Safety and Engineering divisions of Falcon Heights found WATER GATE <br />that the water main gate valve controlling water pressure in West VALPE <br />Falcon Heights was shut off. Engineer Lemberg and Councilmember McGough <br />were able to open the valve even though St. Paul Water Department has <br />said that it has been open all the time. Engineer Leanberg suggested <br />the City of Falcon Heights obtain a valve kay and have our maintenance <br />men locate and check the valves in the City, in the event of a break <br />we would be able to isolate that break. <br />Mayor Warkentien read a letter received from the participants of the FLEA MARKET <br />Flea Market held at Falcon Woods park. Enclosed was a donation of FALCON WOODS <br />$31.10 to be used for our parks or equipment to maintain them. <br />Councilme~nber Steele moved, seconded by Councilmeanber Brown to adjourn ADJOURNMENT <br />at 11:50 p.m. Motion carried una,ni.mously. <br />~~ . <br />illis C.
