MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />SEPTEMBER 27, 1978 <br />Page 2 <br />Attorney Kenefick stated he had received the Roselawn <br />Ave. Permanent Easement Agreement and recommended <br />Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk Administrator to <br />execute same. <br />RESOLUTION 78-20 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND <br />CLERK ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE ROSELAWN <br />AVENUE STREET EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA. <br />Councilmember Black moved, seconded by Councilmember <br />Brown, to adopt Resolution ~,~-~?~to authorize the Mayor <br />and Clerk Administrator to execute the Permanent <br />Easement Agreement with the University of Minnesota, <br />which provides additional easements along the south side <br />of Roselawn Ave. from Snelling Ave. to Fairview Ave. <br />to provide adequate easement for the reconstruction of <br />Roselawn Ave. at a cost of $2,139.00 <br />~~ <br />ROSELAWN <br />PERMANENT <br />EASEMENT <br />AGREEMENT <br />RESOLUTION <br />78- 20 <br />Upon a vote being taken the following voted ^aye^: Mayor <br />i~arkentien, Councilmembers Black, McGough, Steele and <br />Brown, and the following voted ^nay^: None. Motion <br />carried. <br />Councilmember Black reviewed with Council the Conditional CONDITIONAL <br />Use Request by Evelyn Dilger, 1811 No. Hamline to erect USE UTILITY <br />a utility shed on her property. SHED 1811 <br />N0• HAMLINE <br />Councilmember Black moved, seconded by Mayor Warkentien, <br />to refer the request to the Planning Commission. <br />Upon a vote being taken the following voted ^aye^: Mayor <br />Warkentien, Councilmembers Black, McGough, Steele and <br />Brown, and the following voted ^nay^:None. Motion carried. <br />Mayor Warkentien opened the Public Hearing at 8 P.M. to <br />hear anyone for or against the delinquent sanitary fewer <br />charges which have not been paid. No ors appeared and <br />therefore, <br />Mayor Warkentien introducted the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption. <br />RESOLUTION 78-21 <br />A RESOLUTION LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR DELINQUENT SANITARY SEWER RENTAL CHARGES <br />Councilmember Steele seconded the motion and upon a vote <br />the following voted^aye^: Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers <br />Black, McGough, Steele, and Brown, and the following voted <br />^nay^: None.
