Councilmember
~3rown and I, and Councilmember Black, who sits on the Com-
munity Education Committee of District b23, and Senator Neil
Dietrich, have met witr. Roseville recreation director Frank
~.og and Roseville City N7anagernent to convince them of the
requirement in the use of Community Educatior_ Funds and they
still refuse to let Falcon Heights and Lauderdale children
participate in their program."
Councilmember T~IcGough said he would be very hesitant in cutting
back the summer program in view of ttoseville's attitude.
~~~
S.
