MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 11~, 1979 <br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to <br />order by Mayor Warkentien at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Warkentien, Couricilmembers Black, McGough and Brown. Also PRESENT <br />present we°e Clerk Administrator Barnes, Attorney Kenefick and <br />Engineer Lemberg. <br />Councilmember Steele. ABSENT <br /> <br />Councilmember McGough moved, seconded by Councilmember Brown to CONSENT AGENDA <br />approve the Consent Agenda as presented. Upon a vote being taken <br />the following voted "aye": Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Mack, <br />McOough and Brown, and the following voted "nay's: None. Mption <br />carried. <br />1. Liquor Financial Report 12/3l/,7$ <br />Councilmember McGough i reformed Council that Mayor Warkentien, Council- JOINT <br />members Brown and McGough, Clerk Administrator Barnes, Fire Chief Renchin, POLICING <br />and several Firemen attended the Lauderdale Council meeting on February PLAN PRE- <br />13, 1979, at which time Councilmember McGough presented to Lauderdale SENTED TO <br />the Joint Policing/Fire/Rescue P ropeGal. LAUDERDALE <br />The subject will b© discussed again at the next Lauderdale Council <br />meeting in order 'that the Council might have t;,.me to investigate the <br />matter further. <br />Councilmember Brown explained to Council that Metro HRA has requested SECTION 8 <br />the City of Falcon Heights sign a now contract for Section 8 Hous~w:?g. HOUSING <br />Erma Olson, Section 8 Ho.:,G-~ng Specialist for Falcon Heights, informed <br />those in attendance that the City now has 36 certificate holders. She <br />also explained that the contract to be signed is an ad3ustment to th+~ <br />existing contract due to a change in the method of payment, changing <br />
