MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 11, 1979 <br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to <br />order by Mayor Warkentien at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers NicGough, Steele and Brown. Also PRESENT <br />present were Clerk Administrator Barnes, Attorney K enefick and <br />Engineer Lemberg. <br />None. ABSENT <br />Councilmember Brown moved, seconded by CounciLne~nber Steele to CONSENT AGENDA <br />approve the .Consent Agenda as presented. Motion carried unani- <br />mously. <br />1. Planning Commission Minutes of April 2, 1979 <br />Mayor Warkentien requested a moment of silent prayer in memory of <br />Councilmember William H. Black, who passed away April 9, 1979. <br />Councilmember Steele moved, seconded by Councilmember Brown to approve MINUTES OF. <br />the minutes of March 28, 1979 as corrected. Motion carried unanimously. MARCH 28,1979 <br />Scout Andy Aiken of Troop 150 presented to Council his plans for marking ANDY AIKEN <br />trees in the City Park. Councilmember Steele moved, seconded by Council- TRDOP 158 <br />member Brown, that the City Council accept the proposal submitted by Ta.IDENTIFY <br />Scout Andy Aiken and that the Mayor and Clerk Administrator be authorized PARK .TREES <br />to sign the letter of approval allowing Andy to proceed with his tree <br />identification project, enabling him to work toward his Eagle Scout Badge. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />
