MINUTES <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />JULY 23, 1980 <br />A regular meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to <br />order by Mayor Warkentien at 8:00 p.m. following a Public Hearing <br />held by the Planning Commission (Comprehensive Plan). <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown, Eggert and Larson. <br />Also present were Clerk Administrator Barnes and Attorney Van de North. <br />None. <br />Councilmember Larson moved, seconded by Councilmember Steele that the <br />Consent Agenda be approved as presented. Motion carried unanimously. <br />1. Fire Reports F-20380 - F02880 <br />2. Lauderdale Fire Reports L-0180 and L-0280 <br />3. Rescue Reports R-03180 and R-03280 <br />4. Report June 1980 <br />Mayor Warkentien informed those in attendance that the Planning Comm- <br />ission, at the Public Hearing held prior to the Council Meeting, adopted <br />a Resolution approving the 1980 ComprehensiveMunicipal Plan. After a <br />short discussion Councilmember Larson moved, seconded by Councilmember <br />Steele that Resolution 80-19 be adopted certifying- pre-review re- <br />quirements have been satisfied. Upon a vote being taken Resolution 80-19 <br />was adopted unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION 80-19 <br />A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING PRE-REVIEW REQUIREMENTS <br />HAVE BEEN SATISFIED <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes presented for Council's consideration <br />proposed pasting of "no parking" signs for the period of the State <br />Fair, August 21 to September 1, 1980. <br />Following a discussion Councilmember Steele moved, seconded by Council- <br />member Eggert that the following areas be posted "no parking" during <br />the State Fair (August 21 to September 1, 1980): <br />1. All of the streets east of Snelling from Hoyt to Roselaj,m, <br />water side <br />~~ <br />PRESENT <br />ABSENT <br />CONSENT AGENI <br />APPROVED <br />RESOLUTION <br />80-19 <br />
