MINUTES ~ ~ -¢ <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />DECEMBER 22, 1980 <br /> <br />1 <br />A special meeting of the Falcon Heights City Council was called to <br />order by Mayor Warkentien at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Warkentien, Councilmembers Steele, Brown, Eggert and Larson. Also PRESENT <br />present were Clerk Administrator Barnes and Engineer Lemberg. <br />None. <br />ABSENT <br />Councilmember Eggert moved, seconded by Councilmember Larson CONSENT AGEND <br />that the Consent Agenda be approved with the stipulation that Fire APPROVED <br />Report ~~F-04180 be amended by the Fire Chief. Licenses: <br />Master Gas Installer's License ~~392 <br />Hinding Co., Inc. <br />915 W. 7th St. <br />St. Paul, MN <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson moved, seconded by Councilmember Steele, that <br />the Minutes of December 10, 1980 be approved as corrected. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Warkentien explained to Council that the City could acquire <br />Property All Risk, Inland Marine, General Liability, Crime, Auto, <br />Bond, and Public Official Errors and Omissions Insurance from Nordstrom <br />Risk Management, Inc. at a cost of approximately $6,468. The Clerk <br />Administrator estimated this to be a savings of approximately $2,096. <br />Councilmember Steele moved, seconded by Councilmember Larson, that the <br />Clerk Administrator be authorized to acquire insurance from Nordstrom <br />Risk Management, Inc. at a cost not to exceed $6,600. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Clerk Administrator Barnes requested authorization to renew the <br />MINUTES OF <br />12/10/80 <br />APPROVED <br />CITY INSURANC <br />TO BE ACQUIRE <br />FROM NORDSTRO: <br />RISK MANAGE- <br />MENT, INC. <br />LIQUOR <br />LIABILITY INS. <br />
